美國(guó)Wilks公司是世界*的紅外設(shè)備供應(yīng)商，在紅外光譜領(lǐng)域有很強(qiáng)的技術(shù)積累。Wilks公司的InfraCal系列水中含油分析儀，包括HATR-T2，CVH和CH三個(gè)型號(hào)，都已經(jīng)被認(rèn)為是測(cè)量TOG/TPH，即總油脂含量、總石油烴含量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)儀器，被國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多石油化工行業(yè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室采用。
InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀采用EPA方法413.2和418.1項(xiàng)或ASTM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試法D7066-04項(xiàng)，對(duì)應(yīng)的提取溶劑分別為氟利昂，四氯乙烯，S-316，AK-225或其他紅外線透射溶劑進(jìn)行萃取，這些提取溶劑的特點(diǎn)是都重于水，提取后溶劑沉于水底，再采用相關(guān)方法提取出來(lái)。由于在分析過(guò)程中沒(méi)有蒸發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)，因此CVH具有更高的測(cè)量精度。分析儀配備有一個(gè)內(nèi)置的凹槽，整個(gè)分析需要不到10分鐘，儀器精度zui高可達(dá)到為2 ppm。
InfraCal CVH的特點(diǎn)
1、儀器操作簡(jiǎn)單快捷，人性化設(shè)計(jì)，響應(yīng)快速，性能穩(wěn)定；
2、在操作時(shí)將裝有待測(cè)樣品的比色皿至于儀器中進(jìn)行測(cè)量即可；

InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀的原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH紅外分析儀是基于快速測(cè)定水和土壤樣品中總油脂（TOG）和總石油烴（TPH）濃度的紅外光譜方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比爾定律。即用一束強(qiáng)度為I0的特征紅外光照射樣品，由于油脂對(duì)特征紅外光產(chǎn)生吸收，透射光強(qiáng)度會(huì)減弱為I，樣品對(duì)特征紅外光的吸光度則為A=lg I0/I。根據(jù)光吸收的朗伯-比爾定律，吸光度與樣品中油脂濃度（C）的關(guān)系為A=abC，其中a為吸光系數(shù)，b為樣品池厚度，即樣品的吸光度與油脂濃度成正比。通常廠家出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)用一組溶度已知的待測(cè)樣品建立了標(biāo)定體系，用戶(hù)可以得知吸光度與油脂濃度的關(guān)系式，根據(jù)該關(guān)系式和被測(cè)樣品的吸光度，可以求出被測(cè)樣品中的油脂濃度。
